Discover Aerial Yoga Workshop

A 1h30 experience to practice aerial yoga for the first time.

You'll be gently and safely introduce to the use of this new and fun tool.

You'll learn how to use the hammock to do traditionnal yoga poses, until you'll manage to do head down poses.

This masterclass will end with breathing exercises and a guided meditation laying into your flying cocoon.

Horseriding in the Ria Formosa

Let's go for a 2h horseriding tour in the national park !

Starting from Pirate Deluxe, we will walk along the laguna, and maybe on the beach if you're lucky enough to come at low tide. 

You will discover quietly this precious landscape and its nhabitants : flamingos, storcks and many other wading birds.

We can guarantee we'll have you and only you and your group in this guided tour. This trip is for experienced riders only as we may trot and canter.

Kayaking in the Ria Formosa

A great experience to discover the national park from the sea side.

The laguna is a very safe environment to paddle as there is no waves and no big current.

We will navigate for 2 to 2 1/2 hours within the Ria Formosa in front of Tavira island, discovering the wildlife, birdwatching, and stopping on desert beaches to swim a bit in the turquoise water.

Flying Sound Bath

1h30 of pure relaxation !

You'll enjoy a 30mn aerial yin yoga practice to gently stretch before sound bathing into the hammock for 1 hour.
