Aerial Yoga workshop, events, birthdays in Algarve

Discover Aerial Yoga Workshop

Defy gravity and find your flow in our silk hammocks in our gem yoga studio.

A 1:30 hours activity to experience Aerial Yoga for the first time. During this session, Alexandra will gently and safely introduce you to the use of this new fun tool. You'll learn how to use the hammock to do traditionnal yoga poses on the ground before doing easy inversions to release your back.

This workshop will end with breathing exercises and guided meditation lying into your flying cocoon.

Accessible to everyone with good physical condition

Flying Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the therapeutic vibrations of our gongs, crystal bowls and handpans for deep relaxation, after a guided practice of soft and gentle Yin Yoga.

During the first 30-Minutes, we'll gently stretch our body on the ground, with the help of the silk yoga hammock.

Once your body get rid of its tensions, Alexandra will show you how to lie into your hammock, then the sound journey begins. For the next hour, the soothing frequencies will help quiet your mind, reduce stress, and balance your body energy.

Do you want to spend an entire day as a VIP discovering the Ria Formosa National Park ? Join our guides Arnaud & Alexandra and you'll know everything about this wonderful landscape and its wildlife. Park your car here in Pirate Deluxe, and start your journey into the Ria.

Choose 2 activities, one for the morning, one for the afternoon, and enjoy a delicious home made lunch with local products on the terrace, with the view on the laguna and on the horses.

You'll find here an amazing indoor yoga studio, bathrooms, a private parking, an outdoor dining room, a pool bar, an a lot of terraces with a crazy view on the laguna.

In a wildlife sanctuary

Pirate Deluxe is located in the Ria Formosa, on 7 hectares of unspoiled landscape. We've created here a sanctuary for birds and rescued horses.

You'll enjoy the view on the Ria Formosa surrounded by horses, herons, storks...
