Looking for laughs, challenges, and an unforgetable experience ?Welcome to a workshop designed for beginners, non flexible and non yogis, where you'll lift your body and free your spirit !

We begin with poses using the silk hammocks close to the ground to build confidence during the warm up.

After a nice introduction, we'll experience mindful movement and we'll use the gravity to our advantage to enjoy spinal decompression.

then we'll spice it up to try more advanced yoga poses, but with the help of the silk, which will make them easier.

At the end, we'll lie down into the hammocks for some breathing exercices and meditation.

A 1h30 workshop to discover all the basis of aerial yoga

The Movement : 60 Minutes

An Aerial Yin yoga practice, for a slow and powerfull strectching.

You're going to experience Yin yoga poses using the hammock for a deep support. Focusing on your breath, your body will get rid of all the tensions.

The Stillness : 30 Minutes

After the movement, we surrender to a 30-minutes Sound Bath.

Surrounded by the frequencies of gongs, crystal bowls, handpans and chimes, your mind will drift into total stillness. The deep vibrations act as a "nervous system reset", leaving you feeling completely brand new.
