Arnaud and Alexandra are both experienced Sound Healing practitioners.

They have done several trainings with Master Angelo Surinder from Cosmic Gong Academy in Lisbon( www.cosmicgong.com). They are both certified Level 2 (2 weeks of training).

To ensure that you will have an amazing sound journey, they have carefully selected very high quality music instruments to be able to work with a wide range of determinated frequencies :

They organise sound bath once a month in Pirate Deluxe studio in Tavira, but they are also able to travel to perfom on demand for private sound journey or for retreats anywhere in Algarve.

We perform an incredible experience, the "Flying Sound Bath" , once a month in Pirate Deluxe. But what is it exactly ?

In a flying Sound Bath, instead of lying on the ground, you'll settle in a silk yoga hammock.

Our practitioners Alexandra and Arnaud are located a bit higher than the hammocks on the mezzanine of the studio with all their instruments (Gongs, Crystal bowls, Handpan, Didjeridoo, Drums, Chimes ...).

In the confort of your cocoon, you'll be immerged in the music and you'll feel the vibrations everywhere in your body.

Our Sound baths in Pirate Deluxe are played in our yoga studio or outdoors, depending on the weather conditions, but always with the silk hammocks, and with a maximum of 10 people.

Each Sound bath is different depending on the theme and the intention, but all of them are held at sunset and end with a nice time of silent gathering around the firepit.

Sound is vibration, and our bodies are 70% water. These vibrations will penetrate our fluids, blood, lymph ...

In our dedicated Sound ealing sessions, we use the physics of resonance to harmonize your cellular frequency. Within the acoustic sanctuary of our artist-decorated studio, the outside world fades away, replaced by the deep, grounding hum of the universe.

What to Expect ?

During a Sound Bath, you lie in total comfort as our practitioners use Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs.
